our story…
from meditation classes to my own wellness business…
I believe the universe has a special way of guiding us toward our soul family — Spirits and angels who help keep us aligned along our path. I was blessed to cross paths with a spiritual mentor, Manali of Zen for You, in 2017 through her meditation classes. She profoundly supported me in connecting the dots between my gifts, traumas, and the modalities that would guide me toward self-healing.
That marked the beginning of a beautiful journey with Reiki energy healing and meditation — one that has since expanded to include ancestral connection, medicine retreats, and a deeper commitment to being of service and living in purpose.
Weaving together my academic and activist background in environmental justice, my passion for sound as a DJ, and my desire to nurture collective healing through self and land love, I officially birthed Celestial Healing in 2021.
At the heart of my work is a devotion to healing with the Earth. I believe that our disconnection from the Land has deeply impacted our bodies and nervous systems. We are Nature. And so when we are healing, we are realigning with Earth’s rhythms, within and all around us.
I aim to support anybean on their Spiritual path — sparking remembrance and reclamation of who we are, and the magic that lives within us and surrounds us. This calling is held with deep reverence for Mother Earth and the interconnections she offers — led by the wisdom within Indigenous, Black, and ancestral teachings.
I hold gentle space for others to explore their potential as magicians on Earth — embodied dreamers aligned with their visions for themselves and their communities.
Through the practices of yoga, Reiki, and herbal medicine, I’ve learned to bridge the spiritual and physical bodies — tending to unseen and subtle energies. I center safer space practices, making room for all parts of you to be witnessed and loved.

My roots are in The Bahamas and Hong Kong (China), and I was born and raised in Canada. My mother, auntie, and grandmother are among my greatest teachers of love — matriarchs who’ve taught me the power of care, devotion, and generational wisdom. I am forever grateful to be walking alongside them in this life.
healing is political
I truly believe that healing is political — a radical act of coming home to our power. It’s a process of reclaiming both our innermost and outermost truths, while holding and transforming the conditions that keep us distant from our inherent worth, freedom, wisdom, and (eco)systems 🐞
I celebrate this homecoming — especially for Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Colour — for the lands we love, and return to.

Practicing Rest, Recovery, Resistance: An Interactive Dreaming Journal
“We wrote a love letter for climate activists, community organizers and engaged citizens.”
— Shake Up the Establishment
In 2023, I was invited to be a journal writer and editor for a collaborative climate dreaming journal project with Shake Up the Establishment (SUTE), a youth-led climate justice organization. What began as a summer job quickly transformed into some of the most heart-led organizational work I have had the pleasure of being involved with. Thanks to the leadership of Manvi Bhalla and the executive team at SUTE, this book rapidly took form — published as a hand-illustrated 244 page book, rich with activities and educational resources that guide readers on how to incorporate intersectionality, systems-thinking and anti-colonial practices within their climate solutions work.
“Practicing Rest, Recovery, Resistance: An Interactive Dreaming Journal” was written and self-published with great intention and care by the experienced intersectional climate justice organizers at Shake Up The Establishment. This interactive journal provides a guided experience for readers to explore and play with our Rest, Recovery and Resistance (3RS) framework, a spin on sustainability’s well-known slogan “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”. By making time for rest, promoting recovery from burnout, and celebrating sustained acts of resistance, this book helps to facilitate radical dreaming and imagination beyond current systems.”
