The Arrival Retreat
Nassau, The Bahamas ⋆
February 15 - 21, 2026
A healing space for you to arrive home to joy, rest, and remembrance!

about the retreat
reflections from the dreamer, Celeste
The Arrival Retreat is an ode to a long and seemingly never-ending journey of finding home - within multiple cultural diasporas of identity, within the body I am in, and within the process of healing complex trauma. I’ve always idealized the journey of reconnecting to “home”. Craving an embrace and a sense of completion. Since travelling back to The Bahamas for months at a time, I’ve realized that this journey does not solely rely on a place or a strengthened sense of cultural identity (haha, how silly of me looking outside myself). Feeling at home will always start within me, and is carried by me - through a felt sense of belonging, and an openness to receive loving guidance that moves me.
This feeling of home follows me wherever I go, especially to the places that light me up inside!
The birthing of this retreat is an emergent and awakened space of joy! I wish to provide space and be witness to those who are seeking a place to tune in to the goodness and freedom within their lives and their beings. To allow joy and contentment to lead the way. To allow a sacred pause to connect to all that already is here.
The arrival retreat is a space celebrating YOU! To remember that home is available wherever you are. To remember you are here, guided and protected. To remember that it can be easy. And to remember our joy - a joy that invites our ancestors to sing and dance, and connects us to a deep love within - will heal us, together.
This is your invitation to arrive.
The Arrival Retreat will be held in a spacious private home* from February 15 until February 21 (7 days and 6 nights), welcoming up to 8 participants into this transformative healing space.
While flights are not included, everything else is lovingly cared for: airport pickup and drop-off are provided at Lynden Pindling International Airport, with transportation available throughout the week (Celeste will be driving when needed). Each day, you’ll be nourished with two wholesome vegan meals, alongside fresh fruit, snacks, and sweet treats, with one special evening where chicken will be served (with veggie options always available). The home is stocked with care, offering both comfort and community, ensuring you can simply arrive, breathe, and ease into the flow of the retreat and the beautiful, sunny lands we will be in communion with.

retreat offering
At the Arrival Retreat, you can expect to step into a portal of celebration and remembrance - a gentle homecoming to yourself. Together, we will honour what already lives within you: your innate gifts, the healing you carry, and the ancestral lineages that walk well beside you. Through practices like Breathwork, Yoga, and Jikiden Reiki, we’ll learn to listen more deeply to the body, while community conversations invite us to explore ancestral healing, Earth connection, and decolonization.
All ceremonies, practices, and offerings are included in your retreat package, along with local beach excursions to the crystal blue ocean waters, and a joyful day trip to Ardastra Gardens & Conservation Centre - where we’ll connect with the island’s iconic flamingos. Your joy is a priority at the Arrival retreat!
